Cancellation & Rescheduling
We're excited to welcome you to Ooshka Bar and hope you have a fantastic time! However, please be aware of the following cancellation and reschedule policy:
Refunds:

Tickets can be cancelled and refunded within the first 24 hours of the booking being made, after this,

Tickets are non-refundable. This means that once you purchase a ticket, you cannot receive a refund unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by us, the event organiser. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Rescheduling:

Should you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled event time. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Reschedule requests made less than 48 hours in advance cannot be guaranteed, and may incur a reschedule fee. We recommend reaching out as soon as possible to avoid any complications.
Denied Entry:

Please drink responsibly. Individuals who arrive intoxicated or deemed unfit to participate will be denied entry to the event. Unfortunately, tickets will not be refunded in this case.

Valid identification is required for entry. All guests must be able to present a valid government-issued photo ID to confirm their age. Those who cannot provide valid ID will be denied entry, and tickets will not be refunded.
