Our gift vouchers are redeemable against any of our available experiences, where an experience costs more than the value of the voucher the difference must be paid on booking.

To redeem a voucher simply enter your unique voucher code at checkout, this will deduct the voucher amount from the total and any remaining balance can then be paid.

Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Gift vouchers are not refundable and not redeemable for cash or any cash equivalent.

Gift vouchers can be gifted, any person with the unique code can redeem the voucher.

All booking terms and conditions apply and where a customer hasn't adhered to these they will not be permitted entry to the experience. In this instance, gift vouchers will not be returned or refunded.

In Scotland it is only legal for persons aged 18 or over to purchase and participate in our experiences. Anyone under 18 attempting to redeem a gift voucher will have it removed and it will not be refunded.
